W. Thomas McClellan, MD

Founder; Chief Executive Officer

Dr. McClellan is a Plastic/Reconstructive Surgeon and Entrepreneur having brought multiple products to the market.

R+D is his passion and he has published or received over 80 peer-reviewed articles, chapters, and issued patents.

Justin Chambers, Ph.D.

Co-Founder; Engineering

Dr. Chambers earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.

Dr. Chambers is an accomplished entrepreneur who hones his craft with an emphasis on proof of concept, reduction to practice, and technology evaluation.

Ashok Aggarwal

Co-Founder; Strategy, Growth, Technology

Mr. Ashok Aggarwal co-founded M&S Consulting, a leader in technology and process project delivery. He makes good things happen. Mr. Aggarwal holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a Minor in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.

Drew Lytton

Operations, HR, Finance

Mr. Lytton holds a BS in mechanical engineering and an MBA from West Virginia University. He is passionate about building innovative products and startups within software and medtech.
